Payment of pensions in October 2025: what is the collection date in each bank?
Abanca has already confirmed the payment dates for the pensions of Social Security corresponding to October. Pensioners who have their benefit domiciled in the entity will receive the income between Saturday the 25th and Monday the 27th October 2025, depending on the conditions applied to each client.
“If you meet the requirements for the advance payment of the benefit; do not make withdrawals at the office window for an amount less than €1,000 between the 25th and 3rd of each month and have an active debit card associated with the account into which the benefit is paid, the advance payment is made on October 27. If you do not meet the requirements proposed by ABANCA for the advance payment, this will be made on the ordinary payment date of Social Security”, sources from the entity have explained to 65AND MORE.
The Galician entity thus maintaining its subscription policy linked to specific requirementswhich offers some clients the possibility of receiving their pension in advance, while for the rest the date marked on the official Social Security calendar is respected.
Rest of entities
Bankinter and Unicaja will pay pensions Wednesday the 22nd of October. One day later, Thursday the 23rdBanco Santander will do it. He Friday the 24th CaixaBank, Banco Sabadell and Ibercaja will join. BBVA, ING and Kutxabank will also pay pensions Saturday the 25th of October.
