The restaurant Vermellocated in the hotel Vestige Son Vell of Menorca, will close its third season on October 31 with a special dinner open to guests staying and not staying, which will pay tribute to the traditional flavors of the island with an exclusive menu prepared by Vestige’s executive chef, Joan Bagur and the head chef of Son Vell, Paula Florit.
The proposal, which includes five dishes made with local products such as Menorcan cheese, summer truffle, crayfish ravioli and roast suckling pig, will be offered to a limited number of diners for 80 euros or 140 euros with wine pairing.
Additionally, the hotel offers a ‘Gastronomic Getaway’ for 1,360 euros for two people, which includes two nights of accommodation with breakfast in a Garden Junior Suite, the menu with pairings and a tasting of Menorcan wines guided by sommelier Daniel Martínez along with the hotel’s favorite local producers, and exquisite appetizers.
The Son Vell hotel, located 20 minutes from Ciutadella, completes its culinary offering with the Sa Clarisa restaurant, with light Mediterranean cuisine, and the Son Vell Bar, specializing in cocktails with a Menorcan touch.
